Patronat is owner of the websites with the domains costabrava.org, costabravacruiseports.com, costabravagironacb.com and costabravagironafestivals.com, in addition to their subdomains (the “Patronat websites”). Said websites are designed to inform the general public of the Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board’s services, activities and promotions.

Rights over Patronat websites

The contents of these websites, including texts, images and designs, are subject to intellectual property rights held by Patronat or third parties that have authorised the former to make use thereof. Patronat offers said contents for the purposes of providing information and services. Generally speaking, and unless otherwise expressly indicated, these contents may be publicly reproduced, distributed and disclosed provided that this is consistent with the purposes of the Patronat’s websites and for not for commercial purposes.

Cookies: our website collects non-identificatory data through cookies that are downloaded onto users’ computers when they visit this website, details of which can be found in the “Cookie Policy” section.

Patronat also hereby informs you that the data contained in the listings of companies and other organisations featured on this website have been supplied by the companies or organisations themselves or have been obtained freely-accessible public listings. In this case, Patronat accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of said data.

Intellectual property regarding archival images

The Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board makes its image bank available to the public. If you make use of these images, you must respect the following terms and conditions:

• The images must be reproduced in their entirety. They may not be altered.
• There must be visible captions identifying each image as follows: place, photographer’s name and CBGTB Image Archive reference.
• They may not be offered for sale and may not be included in publications placed on sale nor in services that require a subscription or access by means of prepayment.
• No terms of use or technical limitations other than those set forth in these terms and conditions of use may be established with regard to the dissemination of the images.
• The obtaining of images does not mean that Patronat supports the party that is using them. No statement to this effect may be made without Patronat’s prior written authorisation.
• Any uses other than those authorised in these terms and conditions shall require Patronat’s prior written authorisation. Patronat holds title to the rights over this page as well as the database comprising the totality of the bank’s images and over all associated information.

Reservation services accessible via the website

The Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board hereby informs you that it has signed a series of agreements for the provision of tourism reservation services. By virtue of the aforementioned agreements, the service providers in question are responsible for the processing of users’ personal data and assume the obligation to process them in compliance with the provisions of EU data protection regulations. Patronat hereby informs you that it accepts no responsibility for any breach of said regulations. Nevertheless, it would be grateful for any notification or complaint that users may submit to it in this regard. To exercise their rights, users of these services must contact the providers thereof. Users may check their browser window to ascertain whether they are on a Patronat website or on a page of one of the tourist reservation service providers.

The Board does not accept any responsibility for the content, accuracy and up-to-dateness of the information provided by other private individuals or legal entities to which users are directed by links or by other systems.
